In case you have not yet read the FAQs, we're planning a Family & Friends Potluck on Friday, 10/6 before our big day on Saturday. Please note that this is totally voluntary, and if you prefer to explore the area or have other plans, we will take no offense. This will be hosted on site at our AirBnb.

For those that would like to join us, it's a team effort! You are NOT required to cook or bring an item to participate, but if you'd like to, we're happy to share the kitchen. If you'd like to participate, see the steps below:

• Step 2: Decide on Your Item

• Step 3: Coordinate with the Cooks (you'll see who is participating on the app you sign up on)

• Step 4: Remember to order the groceries you'll need or plan for time to run to the store Thurs/Fri.

Menu

We will be having a traditional potluck. The areas that are open to volunteers are the following:

• Drinks (Non-alcoholic & Alcoholic)
• Appetizers
• Entrees
• Side Dishes
• Clean Up Crew

To sign up to participate, we're using a very easy and convenient app that you can find here. In the app you will be able to see who is participating and what they are bringing / cooking. Make your family's favorite recipe, compliment the rest of the menu, or get creative and bring something you think is fun. All ideas and skill sets, or lack thereof, are welcomed.

Kitchen Supplies

It appears there are two kitchens: one is fully equipped with a gas cooktop and 2 ovens, a dishwasher, and large island counter. There is also a 1st floor galley kitchen. These are the included amenities:

• Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper
• Dishes and silverware
• Bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc.
• Mini fridge
• Freezer
• Dishwasher

• Grill, charcoal, bamboo skewers/iron skewers, etc.

• 3 Crockpots (Please notify us in advance, by Wednesday 10/4, if you would like one)
